DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAMS
Students enrolled in an undergraduate program can simultaneously enroll in another undergraduate program at the university in addition to their first major. The second major program is called a double-major. Students who complete a double-major are awarded double major diploma in addition to their major degree diploma. The principles of a double-major program (DMP) are determined by the Senate.
MINOR PROGRAMS
Students enrolled in an undergraduate program can enroll in a minor program consisting of a certain number of courses of another undergraduate program in addition to their major programs. The minor is not an undergraduate degree. A certificate is provided to students who complete a minor. The principles of a minor program are determined by the Senate.
Double major/minor students from other departments are not accepted to our department. However, our students who want to participate in the DMP/minor programs in other departments will be able to benefit from this opportunity if the relevant departments accept their applications.
